Frequently Asked Questions

We have assembled the questions below, hopefully they answer your query if not email us using our contact us form and we will be glad to help.

Do you take a percentage or cut from my sales?

No 100% of the profit is yours to keep. The only other cost you have will be the standard credit card transaction fees of which we have no control over.

How does the payment reach me?

We take the credit card payments via our secure server and then pay you monthly, either my depositing into your PalPay account or sending you a cheque when your account is 50 pounds or more in credit.

Can I make the store look how I want it to?

Your store comes with a free design service we will make it look and feel how you want it to.

Can I keep track of my sales and downloads on the site?

Yes you will receive an email that details each sale made from your store.

If I need more space than the maximum shown what can I do?

Please 'Contact Us' and we will gladly make arrangements to meet your requirements.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my service at anytime?

Yes however the 14 day free trial only applies to new accounts so you will not recieve another 14 free trial when upgrading or downgrading accounts.

What contract lengths do you offer?

All contracts are 12 months in length you may pay monthly or receive a discount for paying the service yearly. However if you cancel within 14 days of signup there will be no cancellation fees, after this a payment of 30% of the yearly amount of the plan you have chosen will be due.

What if I want to offer my downloadable files or media under a specific license only?

We provide a generic License and Terms and Conditions with every store sold which you can apply and use on your downloadable files/media etc. However, if you wish to have your own Licenses then you are free to add or change licenses using the license manager.

How much is the cancellation fee?

If you cancel during the 14 day trial then no fees will be due, after this time then you will have to pay 30% of total yearly contract to cancel your service.

Why are contracts all 12 months?

We offer free setup on all of our plans in order to keep this great offer then a 12 month contract is minimum. Also online selling is a business that grows over time, with referrals and online communities getting to know of your store and products. This 12month time period allows your customers to get to know of you and have confidence in your products and services.

Can I give my files away for free?

Yes the system is a great way of distributing files whilst giving you the advantages of the design editor and the file manager that will help you keep control of even the largest of file libraries.

Can I offer subscriptions on my site?

Yes you will need to choose a plan that allows subscriptions to be enabled see the "prices and signup" link at the top of this page.

With the subscription service what will the system do for me?

After you have used the subscription manager to setup your packages, the system will then show the package for sale on your store it will take the payment for the subscription, send the user access instructions instantly and when the time period is over the system will remind the user and offer them another access package. Without any intervention from you the system will handle it all leaving you free to run your business.

Can I give some of my files or media away and make others pay?

Yes you can do this by allowing pre-approved subscribers the ability to download whatever they wanted for free the system would then show non-subscribers the files and offer them for the fee you set in the file manager.

Do I need to own the files I sell or have a distribution license?

Yes you have to have rights to sell any of the files you offer using this system, failure to do so may mean that you are breaking the law
